1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to the Happy2Office website and the products currently known as Happy2CRM and Happy2Invoice. By creating an account, accessing a product, starting a trial, or using a paid subscription, you agree to these terms.
If you use the services for a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. User accounts and account ownership
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password confidential, and controlling access to your account, devices, and email inbox. Happy2Office will not ask you to share your password by email.
The organization, company, or workspace owner controls business data created inside that workspace unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Individual users must not access a workspace without permission from the workspace owner or administrator.
3. Trials, subscriptions, billing, and payments
Some plans may be free, trial-based, or paid. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan, billing cycle, taxes, and payment terms shown at checkout or in the subscription area.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Payment providers may collect and process payment details under their own terms and policies. Happy2Office should not receive or store full card numbers through standard checkout flows.
If a payment fails, access to paid features may be restricted, suspended, or moved into a grace period where supported by the product.
4. Acceptable use and prohibited activities
You may use the services only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, abuse APIs, send spam, violate privacy rights, or use the products to conduct illegal activity.
Happy2Office may investigate suspected misuse and may limit, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.
5. Software license and intellectual property
Happy2Office grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during your permitted access period. The software, website, designs, branding, code, and documentation remain the property of Happy2Office Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
You retain ownership of business information that you or your users enter into the services, subject to the rights needed for Happy2Office to operate and support the products.
6. Service interruptions, maintenance, beta features, and product changes
The products are still being prepared for public launch. Features may be improved, corrected, limited, renamed, or removed as the products mature. Beta, preview, or coming-soon features may be incomplete and may change before release.
Maintenance, local infrastructure issues, configuration errors, third-party outages, or software defects may interrupt access. Happy2Office will make reasonable efforts to restore service but does not promise uninterrupted availability.
7. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
The services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Happy2Office does not promise that every feature will meet every business requirement or that the service will always be error-free.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Happy2Office Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the services.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. Happy2Office may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse the services, create security risk, or where required by law.
Termination does not erase unpaid fees or obligations that by nature should continue, including confidentiality, ownership, liability limits, and governing law clauses.
