1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the services, Happy2Office may collect name, email address, password hash, company name, phone number where provided, workspace details, billing information, subscription status, and support messages.
Happy2CRM may contain leads, contacts, accounts, deals, tasks, meetings, calls, campaigns, notes, reports, and settings entered by users. Happy2Invoice may contain clients, vendors, items, invoices, quotes, payments, purchase records, expenses, GST-related fields, reports, and billing settings entered by users.
We may also collect browser, device, IP address, request, session, and security log information needed to operate login, authentication, troubleshooting, and abuse-prevention features.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, operate CRM and Invoice workspaces, provide support, process subscriptions, protect the services, diagnose errors, maintain audit records, and communicate service-related notices.
We do not describe advertising cookies, external analytics platforms, AI processing, or third-party marketing profiling here because those should not be claimed unless they are actually implemented.
4. Billing and payment data
Paid checkout may use Razorpay or another payment provider configured by Happy2Office. The provider may process payment details under its own policy. Happy2Office may store limited billing records such as plan, amount, order ID, payment ID, payment status, tax details where applicable, and invoice records.
6. Retention
We retain information while accounts or workspaces are active and for reasonable periods needed for security, billing, legal, audit, dispute, and operational purposes. Users may contact support for account or data requests.
7. User choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting support@happy2office.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for billing, security, audit, legal, or legitimate business reasons.
8. Security
Happy2Office uses reasonable application-level safeguards that are currently represented in the products, including password hashing, authentication, session management, access controls, and audit logging where implemented. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
